My Belief

Now that you've seen some interesting interpretations of what happened on September 11th, 2001, just what do YOU believe and why?

I believe that it was the goverment that set up September 11th, 2001. They were many mystrious things that happened that day which was not revaled. Things that was not revaled to the public but if a person takes time to anayzle is clues. Such as when the before the plane crashed into the tower there was a spark before it hit. Also the things Bush said in his speechs was out standing and really caught my attention. So my belief is that the goverment did have a part with nine eleven.

9/11

What do you know about the events of 9/11?

Nine eleven was a tragical event that happened it impacted a nation. What I know is that there where two planes crashed in the twin tower's. It was early in the morning when this event happened. I know that the people who where guiding the plane had a connection with Osama. The wanted to implant a terror in the nation which they achieve to. Til this day nine eleven is still remembered and given respect to does who lost there lives.

Money and Power

Yes, I think money and power can buy safety. It can because if you have money then a person can overcome power. Once they overcome power they are able to buy anything they wish. Such have safety or anything else they wish to have. Money is strong and as they say money do talks.

Cask Final

Montresor's had a meaning to it which is appropriate for the story. It means that the family will seek revenge on those who betrayed them. Fortunato character traits make it a easy prey for Montresor. A character trait is that he is always drinking alcohol. So that affects the way he act throughout the story and action's he do. The carnival setting is appropriate because it's a place full with people. The people all have masks on so no one will notice no one. Anyone could get away with anything because they are in a custom. 

Suspense and Mood

The author creates moments in the store which will determine each of these moods. An example is such has the beginning of the story the author starts the story has the man wanting to be hung. It's consider pacing because the author walks immediately into the story saying that he is going to die. Which sets the reader mood to want to continue reading. Each of these leads to different moods in the story.

Anger

Write about a time when you were so absolutely furious, you may have wanted to break or hit something. 


I remember the day as if it was yesterday, I was so furious I wanted to just loose my mind. I was in front of my grandma's building waiting for her to come down. It was a couple days later from my birthday. For my sixteen birthday I got a galaxy S4 I was excited and filled with joy when I got it. As I'm standing there waiting for my grandma to come down my phone drops on the floor. My case opens and my phone screen cracks on inside I was not able to use it. I started to cry and got so furious I did not want to speak to no one of how furious I was. My sister was right by my side and she started laughing which got me more furious I almost hit her but I was able to control my anger. That they was so horrible but at the end my mother repaired my phone.

Retribution

Is retribution ever justified? Do you think it works? Why or why not?

Yes, retribution is justified because whatever comes around has to go around but the person has to take the first step of revenge in order for that to happen.Yes, it works because does who do wrong deserve to pay for it. So they should do whatever is possible in order to achieve there revenge. Everything that happens must come with a price a person needs to pay. Weather its good or bad if its bad the price payed is even worse.

Author's Choices

The author of "The Lady or the Tiger" chose to end his story at the climax. There is no falling action or resolution and the reader is left wondering what happens. Why do you think the author chose to do this? What did he hope to accomplish by doing this? Do you think it works? Why or why not?

The author chose to do this so that the reader would maintain itself to re read the book over again. So that they won't loose interest in the story so quickly. They would actually have to sit there and analyze and put there thoughts together of how the author would really want the story to end. He hope to accomplish the reader to be attracted to the book and actually build thoughts. Yes, it works because I felt a  interest about reading the book. So the author did achieve his goal on wanting the reader to go further and just not close the book and forget about it. 

Dilemma

 Dilemma a situation requiring a choice between equally undesirable alternatives. There was a situation in my life in which I had to chose between two friends. The situation was that I couldn't be friends with both of them because they disliked each other. So the friend I picked was the one I knew for many years. I thought it was the right choice because I knew my friendship with her would last longer.

How I think people react is they try everything possible to find out any information hidden form them. In my opinion I think they panic because no one likes information being withheld from them. I think they do not think clearly because they are just focused and determined in finding that information. In my opinion if they don't panic they really don't care what the information is. So there most be a panic in order to find out the information being withheld from you.
